American singer Kelly Clarkson has covered Sam Smith’s Stay With Me live. Watch the video of the performance here.
During a show in the American city of Chicago, Kelly Clarkson decided to perform her cover to the audience, mainly because she thought it was a good song. “I came up with that word stay “Just for fun in the song,” he joked after immediately finishing the song Don’t you want to stay sing, the singer’s original duet with country singer and guitarist Jason Aldean. Sam Smith – Stay With Me
Stay with me is a very famous song by English singer-songwriter Sam Smith, which first appeared on his debut album In Times of Loneliness. In the Netherlands the single peaked at number 2 on the Top 40 and number 4 on the Singles Top 100. In the UK, the single reached its highest position on the UK Singles Charts. Kelly Clarkson
Kelly Clarkson was born on April 24, 1982 in the US state of Texas. In 2002, he was enlisted by his friends American Idol, which he ended as the winner. His performance earned him a recording contract with RCA, where he was able to realize his dream by recording his own album. However, before releasing his debut album, he first released a double single consisting of Moments Like These And Before You Love. The first of the two earned him the number 1 position on the American Billboard Hot 100. A year later he released his debut album Be thankful.
In total, the American singer has released five regular albums so far (last year he released a Christmas album), of which his second album is Separate is the most successful, accompanied by single success Because of you. In the Netherlands, both the single and the album achieved the highest ratings.
