IODM Limited announces the appointment of Karen Penney as a non-executive director of the Board of Directors effective 14 June 2023. A British national from London, Karen has an extensive background in leadership roles and a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years. He brings a unique blend of strategic, commercial and industrial expertise to the IODM Board of Directors. Most recently, Karen held key leadership roles at well-known global financial companies, including American Express and Convera, formerly Western Union Business Solutions, where she served as Vice President Payment Products (2018 2022) primarily responsible for delivering business payments across Great Britain and Europe.
As Vice President & General Manager UK at American Express (2012-2018), Karen led their UK business operations, managing a diverse customer base and significant cross-border payment transactions. Karen currently serves on the boards of Tempo Time Credits and Clothing Collective with a special focus on strategic change management, improving results, developing business and creating long-term growth strategies.
