A former Russian spy living in the UK says Putin has dementia and Parkinson’s

Boris Karpichkov is a former KGB spy (Russian intelligence service) of 62 years who currently lives in the UK and has commented in the newspaper ‘The Sun’ that Putin is sick and paranoid.

Former KGB confirmed that the Russian leader, Valadímir Putin, had dementia at an early stage and that he suffers from a paranoia that “drives him crazy”, he exclusively underlined the newspaper.
