Rego Interactive Co. Ltd. has announced that: Ms Ho Wing Nga (“Mrs Ho”) has resigned for personal reasons as (i) Joint Company Secretary of the Company (“Joint Company Secretary”), (ii) authorized representative of the Company (“Authorized Representative”) under the Regulations 3.05 Securities Listing Rules (“Listing Rules”) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. 05 Rules Governing Securities Listing (“Listing Rules”) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”); and (iii) persons authorized to accept services on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules (“Agent Process”), with effect from 1 December 2023. Ms Ho has confirmed that she has no dispute with the Board and there are no matters relating to her dismissal that are of concern to the Stock Exchange and/or the Company’s shareholders.

Ms. Yang Chao (“Mrs. Yang”) will continue to serve as the other Secretary of the Joint Company. Ms Tse Chung Man (“Mrs Tse”) has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Litigation Agent effective December 1, 2023. Ms Tse specializes in integrated business, corporate and investor services.

Ms Tse has over 8 years experience in corporate secretarial services and is a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and Associate at The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the UK.
