Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited announced a change of leadership

The Board of Directors of Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited announces that Ms. SZETO Kar Yee Cynthia (“Ms. SZETO”) has resigned as secretary of the joint venture company (“joint company secretary”) due to other work arrangements, effective July 7, 2023. Ms. SZETO has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and that there is nothing that must be considered by the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange in connection with his resignation. The Board also announced that Ms. LEUNG Shui Bing (“Mrs. LEUNG”) has been appointed by the Company as the General Secretary of the Company to replace Ms. SZETO, effective July 7, 2023.

Mr. YE Junwen (“Mr. YE”) will continue to serve as another Joint Corporate Secretary. Mr. YE joined the Company in May 2019 and serves as Head of the General Office of the Board of Directors. He was appointed as Joint Corporate Secretary in March 2023.

Currently he handles corporate governance affairs, corporate secretarial affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. YE worked at Beijing Zhangzhou Yifan Network Technology Co. Ltd. as an English interpreter from July 2018 to January 2019.

Mr. YE obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics degree from South China University of Technology in 2015; and then received the title of Master of Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2018. Mr. YE has obtained a Level 2 Translation and Interpreter Qualification Certificate by completing the China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters (CATTI). Ms. LEUNG currently works as a manager of the Listing Services Department of TMF Hong Kong Limited (a global corporate services firm) and is responsible for providing secretarial and corporate compliance services to registered company clients.

He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate secretarial services. Ms. LEUNG holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management Studies (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Bradford and a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance from the Open University of Hong Kong (now known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University). He is the Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
