BearingPoint Expands Salesforce Expertise with Acquisition

International consulting firm BearingPoint has expanded Salesforce’s capabilities by acquiring Smplicity, a British consulting firm with around 20 consultants.

This is BearingPoint’s third deal this year. With the addition of Smplicity, BearingPoint extends Salesforce’s UK expertise and accelerates the growth of Salesforce’s already thriving practice. BearingPoint was already a Salesforce Platinum Partner, but the deal now has a 200-person team completely dedicated to the Salesforce platform.

London-based Splicity (founded: 2016) is a Salesforce Partner with dozens of successful projects to its name. The company advises customers to set up Salesforce and its integration with business processes and support the construction and implementation phases. It also provides ongoing support through maintenance & operations services.

Smplicity’s customers include many leading companies, including Keep Driving, NurtureUK and Wexer, as well as several business service providers, including BDO and Selbey Anderson.

The deal with Splicity is BearingPoint’s third acquisition this year. One closed earlier this year Finnish sustainability team join the organization and perfect BearingPoint as well deal in France. The company’s most recent UK inorganic expansion kicked off in 2019, when Prior military servicetwo years after obtaining supply chain consulting LC Consulting.

The deal with Smplicity follows BearingPoint’s announcement that in 2022 it has posted its fastest growth since returning to independence.
