With the Darts World Cup behind us, the focus is now on Q-School. There, (amateur) darts players hope to get a tour card, which allows them to participate in professional tournaments for two years. Many Dutch people also registered, you can read all about them below.
As usual, the Q-School is spread across two locations: in Milton Keynes for British and Irish players and in Kalkar (Germany) for European players. All Dutch will be looking to win the PDC Tour Card in Wunderland.
Phase
Q-School begins on Monday, January 8th with The first stage. In this case, 27 players in England and 21 darts players in Germany tried to reach the final phase of Q-School. Players who lost their tour cards last year automatically qualify for the Final Phase. Some darts players who perform well in the Challenge and/or Development Tour are also guaranteed a place in the final phase.

It’s from January 11 to 14 and you can get tour tickets there. All of today’s winners will receive one. That leaves 22 Tour Cards. These are distributed via ranking lists. The further a darts player goes in a day, the more points he collects for his ranking.
Europe gets 17 tickets, England 13.
