Sleep strengthens our defenses and our heart

During this time of year, many people experience extreme fatigue, which leads them to uncomfortable situations, they feel they have to exert themselves to the fullest, pull their bodies up and be able to carry out activities of daily life.   • Imbalance between work and personal life: The lack of balance between the two does not help to rest.
  • Poor nutrition: A high-fat diet causes the digestive system to become overwhelmed, the body feels heavy, and energy levels drop.

There are several conditions that can indicate that we are experiencing the burnout stage: physical exhaustion, sleep problems, loss of self-control, lack of motivation, emotional distance, mental exhaustion, and forgetfulness. The fatigue that is most difficult to overcome is that which leads to hopelessness, a lack of illusions, demotivation, and an inability to disconnect from the problems that make our lives bitter.
