Bentley Systems, Incorporated Announces Promise. Kristin Fallon joins Bentley as Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in Annapolis, Maryland. Most recently, Fallon served as Global Head of Brand and Digital Marketing at GE HealthCare, a company that spent $18 billion on medical technology and software.

Among many other accomplishments, he led the company’s rebranding as part of its separation from GE, and he was named Communicator of the Year by the Association of National Advertisers. Before joining GE, he worked for 10 years in international aid, leading marketing and communications for social, environmental and economic development projects in Asia and Africa. Fallon earned a BA in economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

He is a board member of the university’s Center for Social Value Creation and a board member of the International Advertising Association. Fallon replaces Chris Bradshaw, who takes on the new role of Chief Sustainability Officer based in Easton, Maryland. He brings together Bentley’s sustainability and education initiatives, with the goal of empowering Bentley users to achieve sustainable development goals while ensuring the next generation of engineers has the tools and knowledge to succeed. Colin Ellam joins as Chief Executive Officer of Cohesive, a digital integrator of Bentley based in Manchester, England.

Ellam most recently served as Global Head of Nuclear at Capgemini. He previously led Accenture’s Capital Projects business in the UK, providing consulting and technology services to infrastructure sectors including Transport, Utilities and Energy. Ellam has worked in many regions, including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and Africa, and lived and worked in the United States for three years.

He replaces Mark Bew, who will take on an advisory role after growing Cohesive into a global organization with more than 700 colleagues in 15 countries. Oliver Conze joins as Senior Vice President, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, from Heidelberg, Germany. Conze most recently served as Chief Product Officer at Customs4trade, a B2B SaaS startup automating international trade management, where he was responsible for product, technology and operations.

Previously, Conze spent 15 years at SAP, where he held a variety of leadership roles in product management, portfolio strategy and customer success. Conze received a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, an MS degree in Management Science from Stanford University and a Ph.D. at St. Mary’s University
