Antonio Romero Rubio holds a master’s degree in UK to improve Public Health in Mexico

In 2020, dr. Antonio Romero Rubiograduated from UNAM Faculty of MedicineWin Chevening Scholarship granted by the British government via Overseas, Commonwealth and Development Officee (FCDO for its acronym in English), to learn Master’s Degree in Political Science, Health Planning and Finance in London School of Health and Tropical Medicine And London School of Economicswhich seeks to sponsor master studies of those international students who have the potential to become future leader in your country.

“I choose London School of Health and Tropical Medicine because it is The third best School of Public Health in the world, behind only Harvard and Johns Hopkins universities in the United States; So because it was one of the best, I decided to study there, because since I was at the Faculty they taught us and prepared us to find the best universities. Even though I was a bit scared to apply for the scholarship at first, I remember talking to the doctor Fajardo Dolci GermanyThe Faculty Director, told me that I had enough potential to become someone great, that made me realize that I have all it takes to win that scholarship”, he highlighted.

Currently, the doctor Romero Rubio is global health adviser in Mexico Permanent Mission before Union of Nations in Geneva.
