Ziggo Sport acquires exclusive PGA Tour and DP World Tour TV rights

Ziggo Sport offers golf fans a wide selection this year. The sports channel has secured exclusive three-year broadcast rights to all European DP World Tour tournaments, including the Dutch Open (25-28 May). All American PGA Tour tournaments are also streamed live. The four Majors can also be seen live on Ziggo Sport. Apart from that, there are also pictures of the Asian Tour and women on the LPGA Tour. The highlight will be the battle for the 2023 Ryder Cup in Rome at the end of September.

Ziggo Sport will this year all forty American tournaments PGA Tour broadcast live, including:

  • February 6-12 – WM Phoenix Open (Scottsdale, Arizona)
  • February 16-19 – The Genesis Invitational (Pacific Pallisades, California)
  • March 2-5 – Arnold Palmer Invitation (Orlando, Florida)
  • March 9-12 – PLAYERS Championship (Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida)
  • March 22-26 – World Golf Championship Game (Austin, Texas)
  • June 1-4 – Memorial Tournament (Dublin, Ohio)
  • August 10-13 – FedEx St. Championships Jude (Memphis, Tennessee)
  • August 17-20 – BMW Championship (Olympia Fields, Illinois)
  • August 24-27 – TOUR Championship (Atlanta, Georgia)

In addition, Ziggo Sport is also broadcasting DP World Tour – the official name of the European Tour – includes the Genesis Scottish Open (13-16 July), Horizon Irish Open (7-10 September), the BMW PGA Championship (14-17 September) and the closing DP World Tour Championship (16-19 November).

Netherlands Open
He Netherlands Open was part of the DP World Tour. The championship is one of the oldest on the European Tour and will be played for the third year in a row at Bernardus Golf at Cromvoirt in Brabant. The 103rd edition of the Dutch Open will take place from 25 to 28 May 2023.
