The British Grand Prix would have been Williams’ eight hundredth Formula 1 race, but due to the cancellation of the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix due to heavy flooding, the race at the Hungaroring would have been the eight hundredth. However, as Silverstone is Williams’ home race, this livery will also be seen on the FW45 car during the British Grand Prix. The Williams bonnet now features a large white Union Jack, the flag of Great Britain.
