Spotify Wrapped, the annual ranking of streaming music platforms, is now available and has returned to show users which artists they listened to the most this year.

There are already people posting the most listened to artists on Spotify and that’s because on Wednesday the page launched its popular Wrapped feature.

This catalog includes personalized statistics such as the best artists, songs, and user podcasts. It also shows how the customer’s music tastes change throughout the day.

The music streaming giant reports that it is the third year in a row that Bad Bunny was the most-streamed artist worldwide in 2022 with 18.5 billion views.

“No other artist has accomplished this feat before, so to celebrate, we’ve changed the heart button on Spotify to the red Un Verano Sin Ti icon. The artist is also the most listened to in all Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America”, reports Spotify on their website.

Taylor Swift is the second most streamed artist of 2022, her album Midnights positioned her as the most popular woman on the platform. It is number one on playlists in Australia, UK, Ireland, Malaysia, Philippines, New Zealand, Qatar, Slovenia and Singapore.

Drake, The Weeknd, and BTS ranked third, fourth, and fifth respectively.

In order to find your Spotify Wrapped statistics, users need to log in and head to the app’s main page. If you listen to songs on your computer, you can also view your personal history.

If you listen to your favorite song in November, it will not be included in the statistics because Spotify only collects annual ranking data from January 1 to October 31.

So the list rarely includes carols. You can also customize the rating by selecting only one period in a year.
