Three Bulgarians suspected of spying for Russia have been held in Britain since February. That’s revealing BBC. All three will work for Russian security services and be tracked during a major British investigation into national security.
The suspects, two men aged 45 and 41 and a woman aged 31, were accused of having KTPs with ‘wrong intentions’. Passports, ID cards and other documents were found in at least nine different countries, including Britain, France, Spain and Greece. According to the British, all three must have known that the papers were fake.
It is not known what information the alleged spy gathered and passed on to Russia. It is suspected they worked for the Russian security services. The Bulgarians are said to have lived in Great Britain for many years and held various jobs. They will appear in court in London in January.
