Rishi Sunak has made five promises this year to emerge from the current crisis and provide peace of mind to the country. He has promised to halve inflation, currently at 11%, to bring it down to 2%, as recommended by the central bank. He also promised to grow the economy this year and reduce the national debt, which exceeds 45,000 million euros.
The fourth promise is reducing the waiting list at the hospital, which is now a year and a half wait next spring. And on the issue of hospitals being overwhelmed with patients, he has announced plans to install diagnostic centers across the country where non-urgent interventions are performed.
The fifth and final pledge for this year is ending illegal immigration from France. In this regard, he believes in the cooperation agreements that have been announced with the French and Albanian governments and in the approval in Parliament of a new law preventing undocumented persons from remaining.
Some very ambitious plans taking into account the precarious situation of the country and the fact that elections will take place in two years.
