The Board further announced that Mr. Zhao Yu has been appointed as Joint Corporate Secretary effective August 28, 2023.

Mr. Zhao will act as Joint Corporate Secretary along with Mr. Cheng Ching Kit, the other Joint Corporate Secretary. Mr. Zhao Yu, 35 years old, was appointed as Joint Corporate Secretary of the Company on August 28, 2023. Mr. Zhao joined the Company in January 2023.

From January to June 2023, he served as Supervisor of the Company’s General Management Department, and as of June 2023, served as Supervisor of the Company’s Human Resources Department, with responsibilities for corporate governance, disclosure, investor relations and human resources. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zhao worked at Suzhou High Tech Zone Human Resources Development Co., Ltd. from May 2014 to January 2023, which has been merged into Suzhou Sugaoxin Group Co., Ltd. since 2021, the controlling shareholder of the company. Mr Zhao received a bachelor’s degree in international business from Middlesex University in England in September 2011.

The biographical details of Mr. Cheng Ching Kit are as follows: Mr. Cheng Ching Kit, 35 years old, was appointed Joint Corporate Secretary of the Company on 10 June 2021. Mr. Cheng is the assistant vice president of SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, a professional services company specializing in corporate services. He has more than 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial affairs.

Mr Cheng holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Queensland in Australia and a master’s degree in Chinese law from the University of Hong Kong. Since June 2018, he has been an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in England.
