This week there will be outdoor activities with risk factor evaluation, zumba, jogging, gifts and gifts for family, friends, or yourself at the u Guasu park, organized by the Ministry of Public Health. It will take place from 08:30 to 11:00.

In the context of the campaign to fight obesity, which this year focuses on obesity in children with the slogan “Let’s change habits for a healthy future”, which runs throughout October and aims to increase public awareness about the importance of preventing and controlling obesity, promoting healthy habits from childhood. , a healthy day will be held at the u Guasu park in the city of Luque.

The activity starts at 08.30 and is planned by a team of health workers coordinated by the Directorate of Non-Communicable Disease Surveillance, evaluation of nutritional status and identification of risk factors for non-communicable diseases. disease through anthropometric measurements, such as controlling weight, height and body mass index.

On this occasion, professionals will provide guidance to improve nutritional, physical and health conditions. Participants will be able to learn to combine foods and perform simple and effective exercise routines to have fun and stay in shape, according to a report from the Ministry of Health.
