Due to Brexit, roaming charges in the UK may in principle change, however many telecom companies are not making any adjustments at this time.
T-Mobile indicated that “nothing has changed to our service at this time.” On VodafoneZiggo, “Brexit will have no impact on roaming charges in 2021 if used in the UK”.

There are no additional costs yet
Telecommunications companies are not allowed to charge additional fees to customers who send SMS, call or browse the internet in other EU countries. But the situation is changing in the UK: on January 1, the transition period under which EU regulations still apply in the UK will end. In theory, telecommunications companies could then charge roaming rates.
Belgian service providers will not change their roaming rates for the time being. UK service providers have indicated that, instead, they will not charge roaming fees for UK citizens traveling to the European Union. It is unclear how long this situation will last.
