On Tuesday, Peter Gabriel announced the dates of his i/o The Tour, which will take him to 22 cities in the UK and Europe. On Monday, June 5, 2023 he will give a concert at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. Ticket sales for this concert begin Friday, November 11 at 10 am.
The new tour marks Peter’s first solo show outside North America since 2014’s Back To Front Tour, which centered on the album So. On May 18, 2023, the tour will kick off in Krakow, Poland and travel to cities in Italy, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The European tour concludes on June 25 in Dublin, Ireland, before heading to North America. Dates and ticket information will be announced at a later date.
During i/o – The Tour, Gabriel will perform new songs from his upcoming album i/o and delve into his unrivaled musical catalogue, including hits and crowd favorites. He was accompanied by regular band members Tony Levin, David Rhodes and Manu Katché. Full details regarding i/o’s new album will be announced later.

Peter Gabriel first gained international fame with his band Origin which he co-founded while still at school. Since leaving Genesis in 1975, he has released eleven studio albums, various soundtracks for the films Birdy, The Last Temptation Of Christ and Rabbit Proof Fence and numerous live albums. Between 1977 and 1993, he had seven hits in the Top 40, including a top 10 hit. sledgehammer And Don’t give up from 1986. He has also won several Grammy Awards.
