Official: Anthony Joshua accepts Tyson Fury’s offer

Anthony Joshua has accepted Tyson Fury’s bid for a boxing bout in December! Joshua’s team reported this on Twitter. Joshua’s team had previously agreed, but waited a while to announce the death of Queen Elizabeth.

There’s only one thing left to do now: Team Fury still has to deal the final blow. It seemed like a formality, as he was challenging Joshua himself. The Battle of England seems to have finally arrived! And that was on December 3rd.

Who will broadcast it?

There are still some minor obstacles, but it concerns broadcasting rights. Fury has a contract with BT Sport in the UK and ESPN in the US, while Joshua has a worldwide contract with DAZN. Therefore, it is possible that the fight will be broadcast in several places.

60% of the proceeds went to Fury, 40% to Joshua. Fury quit as world heavyweight champion this year, but soon learned that he missed boxing a lot.
