Mollie has announced that they are looking to start a new Technology Partner Program. With this program, payment processors aim to help Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and technology companies to expand their customer base, enter new markets, and increase customer retention.
The Technology Partner Program aims to provide SaaS platform providers with targeted support at every stage. “The goal is to provide them with an optimal experience by providing them with the tools to accelerate their business growth,” says Mollie. The program is made up of different levels of partners – the higher the partner level, the wider the benefits (think more comprehensive support, faster growth and wider reach of resources).
SaaS platform providers who choose program membership can integrate their technology with Mollie’s community of partners. Examples include integration with ERP and accounting software such as Exact and Xentral, subscription and billing services such as Chargebee and Recharge, and CRM and marketing services such as ActiveCampaign and LiveChat. In addition, Mollie integrates with a variety of software solutions for vertical markets, including reservation, ticketing, hospitality and retail.
The Technology Partner Program is part of Mollie’s wider partner program. Payment processors also recently launched the Agency Partner Program, specifically aimed at web and digital agencies. The program attracts more than 3,000 participants who want to take advantage of the customized customer support, marketing tools and additional information needed to scale their business in Europe.
“Collaborations play a critical role in Mollie’s success and in our mission to become the world’s most loved payment service provider,” said CEO Shane Happach. “Our new program has been developed based on input and feedback from our partners. This demonstrates our commitment to forging partnerships that contribute to faster growth. We look forward to forging new successful partnerships and continuing to build a world-class ecosystem.”
