MDA Ltd. reported revenue results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported revenue of CAD 196 million compared to CAD 154.7 million a year ago. Net profit was CAD 9.9 million compared to a net loss of CAD 8.8 million last year. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CAD 0.08 compared to a basic loss per share from continuing operations of CAD 0.07 last year. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was CAD0.08 compared to a diluted loss per share from continuing operations of CAD0.07 last year.
During the first six months, sales totaled CAD 397.9 million compared to CAD 283.1 million a year ago. Net profit was CAD 26 million compared to a net loss of CAD 0.4 million last year. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations is CAD 0.22. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations is CAD 0.22.
