Kelington Group Berhad announced that Ng Lee Kuan stepped down as independent and non-executive director. He is 57 years old and is a Malaysian citizen. The change date is August 31st.

Work experience and profession: Ms Ng Lee Kuan was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Kelington Group Berhad on 1 November 2019. She is the Chair of the Risk Management Committee which was established on 26 February 2020 and is also a member of the Audit Committee. He has held various management positions at Linde Malaysia (“Linde”) (formerly known as MOX) and has over 25 years of experience in the industrial gas business, he was promoted to Planning Manager in 1996, then served as Financial Management & Accounting Manager in 1999 and then became Process & Planning Systems Manager for South & South East Asia in 2002. In 2009 he was appointed Head of Marketing at Linde and held that position until 2017.
As a key member of the leadership team, he leads the country’s strategic planning process, guides strategic investments, pursues new business development opportunities, and spearheads commercial best practices.
