Last month, Ozzy Osbourne surprised by the news of his retirement from the stage.

The “Prince of Darkness” published a statement through his social networks in which he stated that due to health reasons he could no longer continue the world tour. The decision not only saddened his fans, but also forced him to cancel the last leg of his No More Tours II tour, which was planned to start in May with Judas Priest.

“My singing voice is fine. However, after three surgeries, stem cell treatments, non-stop physiotherapy sessions and, most recently, innovative cybernetic treatments (HAL), my body is still physically weak,” Osbourne commented at the time.

Portions of her European and UK tour were affected by various setbacks related to the singer’s health condition, which led to the latter’s cancellation.

However, in a recent conversation during his event Ozzy’s Bone Farm from SiriusXM, the former leader of Black Sabbath lights a ray of hope for those who still want to hear it in person.

“So if I ever get to tour again, fine,” Osbourne began by explaining to host Billy Morrison.

“But right now, if you say to me, ‘Can you do the tour a month from now? I can’t say yes. I mean, if I could do the tour, I would. But right now I can’t book the tour because right now , I didn’t think that I could take them out.”

He continued: “If I get well today. If the doctor tells me today, ‘Oh, you can tour.’ It’ll take another six months to recover, you know? The only thing that keeps me going is setting records. But I can’t do it forever. I have to get out there.” In short, the heavy metal icon assured that he would continue touring if doctors gave him the go-ahead.
