English band Editors will be coming to the Netherlands on Thursday, October 6, 2022 for a concert at the RTM Stage, Rotterdam Ahoy. Ticket sales for the concert start on Friday, June 10 at 10:00 AM via Ticketmaster.

Editors released a new single called Heart Attack in April. It’s the debut release with award-winning composer and producer Benjamin John Power, aka Blanck Mass, joining the band as a full-time member. With its pulsating electronic intensity, 80s-inspired synths, and epic, pulsing drum sounds, Heart Attack is the perfect introduction to a new era for Editors. At the same time, the song fits perfectly into the band’s existing repertoire: frontman Tom Smith’s sultry voice and sultry vocals make it instantly recognizable.

The single ushered in a new era for Editors, who refused to rest on their laurels in a 17-year career. All six of their studio albums reached the UK top 10, two of which reached number 1. The group reached the Dutch Top 40 twice in 2007 with The Racing Rats and two years later with Papillon.

Editors’ recent tours include their biggest UK headline show to date at the OVO Arena in Wembley in 2020. With sold out shows and headline shows at various festivals, including this summer, the band’s popularity continues to grow. The ability to consistently evolve their sound while keeping their vision the same is key to their success.
