The meeting was organized by the Alem Foundation, the Power Foundation and the local Committee of the Radical Civic Union, with free admission, and will be broadcast live on the Committee’s Instagram account.
In the dissertation, Dr. Rubinstein will refer to the political consensus needed to implement State policies that are successful in building a more efficient, equitable, and better quality health system, which is one of the priority goals of local governments, as well as investment and revaluation of the Integrated Public Health System and its articulation in accordance with private sector.
In turn, the former minister will explain strategies for strengthening primary and chronic disease services, as well as the accessibility of medicines and human resources.

Dr. Rubinstein is a specialist in General and Family Medicine. Masters in Clinical Epidemiology at Harvard (United States), Diploma in Health Economics at York University (in York, United Kingdom) and Doctor of Public Health at UBA. He is a regular professor of Public Health and former director of the Masters in Clinical Effectiveness at the UBA School of Medicine. Independent researcher at CONICET and visiting professor at the Harvard THCan School of Public Health. He currently leads the IECS Center for Implementation and Innovation in Health Policy (CIIPS).
