Kerry Logistics Network Limited announces that Mr Chan has stepped down as Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 October 2023 to focus on other business activities. As a result of his resignation, so did Mr Chan
announced that Ms Ooi has been appointed as a non-executive Director with effect from 31 October 2023. Ms Ooi, 51 years old, has extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury management and financial services. He joined SF Holding Co. Ltd. in September 2010 as director of treasury. Ms Ooi currently serves as head of SF Holding Company’s Treasury department. He is the chairman of SF Hengtong Pay Co. Ltd., Chairman of SF Holdings Group Finance Company Limited, Executive Director of SF Insurance Agency (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. (these three companies are SF Holding licensees). Ltd. (all three companies are licensed by the National Financial Regulatory Administration), and executive director of SF Digits Technology Service Co. Ltd., all subsidiaries of SF Holding. Apart from the above, Mrs. Ooi is also a director in several SF Holding subsidiaries. SF Holding is the controlling shareholder of the Company. Before joining SF Holding, Ms Ooi worked at Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. from 2006 to 2010 as regional director of treasury management at head office and head of treasury in the Asia Pacific regional office, and also worked for several large European and American multinational companies in the field of corporate finance and treasury management from 1996 to 2006. Ms Ooi has been a non-executive director of SF REIT Asset Management Limited since June 2022. SF REIT Manager is the manager of the SF Real Estate Investment Trust (a collective investment scheme in Hong Kong authorized under article 104 of the Securities and Futures Act. Ms Ooi obtained degree in Accounting and Finance from Thames Valley University in July 1995 UK The Board of Directors announced that effective October 31 2023: Mr Chan will no longer be a member of the Finance Committee; and Mr Ho, who currently serves as a non-executive Director, has been appointed as a member Finance Committee.
