The 33-year-old woman experienced unusual fatigue and severe stomach pain, but she ruled out any illness because she believed she was under stress. In a difficult operation, doctors removed 18 inches of his intestines. “I told them I didn’t want an ileostomy bag, but it was my only survival option,” he said.
After the surgery, he had to make changes to his diet and other daily routines, such as giving up high-fiber foods, avoiding caffeine and taking supplements. “Initially, I didn’t think I could live on, and I didn’t know how I could continue with my active lifestyle,” she admits.
“I felt like I had to rebuild my whole life around my bag, so I wanted to be able to empower and inspire confidence in my body,” says Danson, who has found a “lifesaver” for his confidence in the gym, by him. own confession.
