Spotler Nederland, Tripolis and Flowmailer will continue as Spotler

The Spotler Group has a presence in the Netherlands, Spain, UK and Sweden. Three Dutch companies with a focus on email automation software within this international organization have decided to merge and operate as 1 organization under the name Spotler.

Business integration does not affect data, mail and automation that customers have set up in software. Various BVs will continue to exist for the time being. What will change is that the organizations will merge and present themselves as a new operational organization under a single brand name. That process has been running smoothly since February and is being closely watched by the new management team of the new organization. This process will be completed in the coming quarter. Customers, partners and other relationships will be progressively notified of any changes resulting from the merging of organizations.

Spotler’s new organization management team was formed by Mark van den Berg (Managing Director), Sean Barten (Director of Revenue & Customer Retention), Richard van Looijen (Director of R&D), Stefan Roelen (Director of Sales) and Sven Pribnow (Director of Client Services). The team is assisted on the Spotler Group board by Paul Brentjens (CFO) and Ilona Salemink (HR Director).

In addition to further development, sales and delivery of its own software, the new organization will also focus on the sales and delivery of other marketing technologies within the Group. For example, Squeezely’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) has been delivered to Spotler organization customers.

Managing Director, Mark van den Berg: ‘By integrating Spotler Nederland, Tripolis and Flowmailer, we will become the largest email automation company from the Netherlands. Larger departments with more specialists working better with each other ensure better and faster service to customers. And through our focus on seamless integration between our own products and the Group’s marketing technologies, we enable customers to get the most out of their marketing communications. Where we are still very strong in email marketing and email automation software, we will grow in the coming years to become a leading player in the field of providing marketing technology. It will be an exciting and exciting journey for our employees and our customers and partners.’
