I have completed 48 years of chemical, polymer, petrochemical, power generation and 9 oil refineries worldwide of ~60% construction and then commissioned all of these plants and grassroots oil and petrochemical complexes from 1965 to 2015 and the last 30 years as underwriter responsible overall production and commissioning name manager and I can unreservedly advise anyone with common sense and reasonable technical training to work for this Oil & Gas & Petrochemical & Polymer Major.

Best salary/etc., best working conditions, very interesting highly technical job, excellent corporate training and paid night study to become an engineer, and in the good old days until 1985 a lot of independence in acting and deciding.

With all sincerity and certainty, I have been a happy employee for 48 years in all Oil & Gas Departments and engineering companies around the world and all these companies have given me a spiritually rich happy life for 48 years, also for my family with retirement which is good now. a bonus.

So my recommendation is to work for the Oil & Gas & Petrochemical Major if you want to go to work happy every day and enjoy your technical and mental health in this fantastic world of chemical engineering.

If you want to have a pathetic routine job with lots of coffee and breaks and chatting at the coffee machine with unattractive pay and no risk of being fired for poor performance then working for the Government is sure to make your life mental. poor and your wallet too.
