92% of companies that have tried a 4 day week in the UK will stick with it

The idea of ​​the four-day work week is that employees can reduce their hours, but receive the same pay and benefits while maintaining the same workload.

The results show that of the 61 participating companies, 56 continued with a four-day week (92%) and 18 of them confirmed that the policy was a permanent change.
