China Everbright Water Limited has announced that Ms. Peng Pei has resigned as (i) joint company secretary and (ii) Deputy Authorized Representative of Mr. Peng Pei. Tao Junjie (“Mr. Tao ” ), who is an authorized representative of the Company (“Authorized Representative”) under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules (“SEHK Listing Rules”) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“SEHK”), effective September 24, 2022 to pursue other career opportunities. The Board of Directors also announced that, replacing Ms. Peng, Ms. Kwan Yun Fui (“Mrs. Kwan”) has been appointed as (i) Secretary of the Joint Company and (ii) Deputy Authorized Representative of Mr. Tao, effective September 24, 2022. Ms. Ho Wing Tsz Wendy ( “Mrs. Ho”) remains the other Joint Corporate Secretary.

Ms. Kwan has been primarily responsible for the legal and secretarial affairs of the Company since joining the Company in July 2017. Ms Kwan has more than 10 years of working experience as a practicing lawyer and corporate attorney. Prior to joining the Company, he was a practicing attorney with Mr Shook Lin & Bok in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Its fields of activity include banking and financial affairs, commercial real estate and other business and commercial affairs. Ms Kwan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Vocational Studies and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Cardiff University, UK. He was also accepted as a Lawyer in England and Wales and a barrister and barrister of the High Court in Malaya.

Ms Kwan is also associated with the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore and the Chartered Governance Institute, Singapore Branch. Ms. Ho is the executive director of the corporate services division of Tricor Services Limited, a global professional services company specializing in integrated business, enterprise and investor services. Ms. Ho has more than 25 years of working experience in the company secretariat.

He is a member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and the Chartered Governance Institute.
