ING appoints Laurens de Vos as Director of Business Banking ING Netherlands

Laurens de Vos follows Michal Bolesławski as Director of Business Banking for ING Netherlands. This means that De Vos will from now on be part of the Executive Committee of ING Netherlands. Bolesławski – who is filling the position on an interim basis – remains Global Head of Business Banking for the umbrella organization ING Group.

De Vos has been with ING since 2010 and has held various leadership positions in trading, risk, IT and operations. His most recent position was Sales Director Business Banking in the Netherlands.

In his new role as Director of Business Banking, he will be responsible for the entire business bank as well as banking services to large business clients, SMEs and the self-employed in the Netherlands. Business units such as Leasing, Factoring, Real Estate Financing and Payments will also be part of his portfolio.
