metricBritish proptech has collaborated on the development of LOral’s new headquarters to strengthen its leadership in sustainability in a building, which has

20,000 square meters and a capacity of 1,170 employees, which has just landed in MADBit, the new innovation district in Madrid.

The spaces that L’Oral has implemented revolve around three main axes:

“Continue”, “Come on Technology” And “Go Well” which have been successfully implemented in France, Germany, the Netherlands or Portugal.

Metrikus, which operates in the UK, US, India, Emirates, Portugal and Spain, has strengthened the company’s established pillar of GoWell (covering areas related to sustainability and concern for people) by installing sensors that improve air quality and monitor in real time internationally defined environmental parameters to maintain a healthy, safe and sustainable office. In addition, with the solution, it promotes adherence to SDG 3 on Health and Wellbeing, provide air quality information in real time to all workers through information boxes installed on various floors of the building.
