Belfast Guitar Festival presents Play It By Ear

Friday 29 January, the Belfast Guitar Festival presents the 1st monthly Play It By Ear event for free at The Goat’s Toe in Bangor. The Play It By Ear events will be held on the last Friday of each month in anticipation of the 3rd annual Belfast Guitar Festival, and Sunflower Festival this Summer 2016. Performing at the first Play It By Ear are: Thieves of Ennui , Cross Eyed Mary and Paper Dogs .

Thieves Of Ennui

Thieves Of Ennui performed at last years Belfast Guitar Festival and return to perform at this month’s Play It By Ear . Cross Eyed Mary

Cross Eyed Mary are an alt-rock outfit from Belfast and describe themselves as “dark, sleazy and powerful.” Their releases can be found on their Band camp at:

Paper Dogs

Paper Dogs are a rock, blues and funk 4 piece from Belfast citing varied influences such as Black Sabbath, Miles Davis, Pink Floyd, Thin Lizzy. The band are currently recording their first EP under the name Paper Dogs. They can be followed on:
